- General Travel Knowledge: World Geography, Currencies, Time Difference and Calculations, Planning Itineraries, OAG Flight Guide, Airport/Aircraft Facilities, International Conventions and Organizations, Freedoms of Air, Travel Documents, TIM, Health Care and Insurance, Packaged Tour and Customer Service etc.
- Fare Construction & Ticketing: TC Areas & Sub-Areas, Global Indicators, Types of Journey’s, Fare Selection Criteria, OW & RT Journey Calculations with Checks, Special and Promotional Fares, Various Aspects and Types of Domestic & International Tickets, Transition to E-Tickets, BSP & its Functions, Reporting to BSP, MPD and VMPDs etc.
- Computerized Reservation System (Galileo or Amadeus)
Based on Class Performance, Class Tests, 95% Attendance, and securing minimum 80% in the final assessment
Successful Candidates will be assisted in placements within the Airline/Travel & Tourism Industry
